It's not that we should laugh about them. El Roto has drawn a guy that looks like a member of ETA. He is just pointing out the stupidity of their cause/the idiocy of it and that, really, if they didnt have explosives, people would be laughing at them!
too bad for Alizee! She made it to England though, but just for this song!
